We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your order.
I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item, including the packaging with the tracking number visible. Our Returns Department will review your claim and arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you, provided the item is available.
Why can’t I return opened BABYLashes products?
BABYLashes products are considered hygienic items. To protect the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping option (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as Forchics is not responsible for lost returns.
Note: Mark your package as “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid the package being returned to you.
Can I return my product without contacting BABYLashes?
No, please contact us before sending your return, as the return address may differ from your order’s shipping address. Contacting us also allows us to provide an RMA to track and expedite your refund. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior contact.
How can I track my return?
Use your carrier’s tracking information to confirm delivery to BABYLashes. We will send a confirmation email once your return is received and processed. You can also check your order history for status updates.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned, unopened product. Please email us your return tracking information to process your refund promptly.
Most financial institutions take 3-5 business days to process refunds, but it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Will I be refunded for express shipping costs?
No. While we offer free standard shipping, express shipping fees are non-refundable.
